- Safety and Health Consultant – $24.47 Hourly – Cleveland, OH and Mansfield, OH
Conducts walkthrough inspections of public employer work sites, as required for assigned areas throughout Ohio, observing all work operations, citing hazardous conditions & unsafe work practices according to adopted Ohio Employment Risk Reduction Standards. Tracks & reviews employers’ corrective action responses & recommends appropriate action; independently conducts limited industrial hygiene inspections using direct reading scientific instruments (e.g., noise & chemical exposures utilizing instruments such as but not necessarily limited to: sound level meter, noise dosimeters, IAQ monitor, colorimetric detector tubes, portable gas monitor, etc.).
